As the Project Lead, Ballot Account & Recount Readiness you will oversee critical aspects of the 2025 election, focusing on ballot accounting and ensuring timely validation of election results within a 3.5-day legislated deadline. You will also manage the implementation of recount processes to meet legal requirements, including those mandated by the Returning Officer or judicial authorities, while overseeing the growth and management of a specialized team of over 50 staff members.
