Reporting to the Manager, Election Planning & Operations, the Project Lead will oversee the development of brand new, legislatively compliant hand counting processes across 200+ voting stations. They will also manage the setup and day-to-day operations of the count and results centres, ensuring staff readiness, security, and adherence to legislative requirements.
