AMCA Annual Conference

We look forward to seeing everyone at the conference!

Registration includes breakfast and lunch on all days. In addition, those registering for the full conference and AGM will enjoy:

  • A welcome reception on Wednesday evening 
  • A banquet followed by entertainment on Thursday evening (additional banquet tickets are available for $65.) 

Accommodation

We are now holding rooms at the Best Western Pocaterra Inn at 1725 Bow Valley Trail, an 8 minute walk away from the conference hotel.  

  • Call 403-678-4334 and ask for the AMCA rate of 114.99 plus tax. 
  • The deadline for booking is Saturday, March 25.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or your registration or transfer it to another person, please notify Nancy Lougheed at nlougheed@rdcounty.ca

There is no fee for transferring a registration. 

For cancellations received on or before April 18, registrants will receive a full refund less a $25 fee retained to cover administrative costs. 

For cancellations received April 19 or later, we regret we cannot provide a refund.
